I was disappointed with the purse strap. Because it was thin. When I put it on my purse. It felt like it didn't hold up the purse. And the color that I ordered the strap in it was a brage color. It did not match with the color of my purse. So I emailed the company. And the I spoke with had no problem with me returning it.So I returned the strap. And got money back. I wish the strap would have worked out for me but it didn't.

I received the wristlet instead of the crossbody. Not sure why I have a review for the cross body when told I ordered a wristlet. Both ordered said they came from Mistercrafter. I'm happy with the product just confused. I can't review the crossbody strap this time around but I like the wristlet too.
